We love our dogs and we love having kiwi in our back yard

Take the Lead video story looks at how we live here with our pet dogs and over 900 wild kiwi free ranging across private and public land

Join the Backyard Kiwi crew for a dog themed premiere, watch the video story and see we how we manage our pet dogs in an area with so many wild kiwi. Eat have hot dogs dog cookies and look at a display of novelty fruit and vegetable ‘pet dogs’

Make your favourite edible pet dog out of fruit and vegetables.

• Bring it along to the McLeod Bay Hall on Sunday at 6pm for display at the premiere.
• Children and adult categories
• Model makers receive a certificate and a doggie bag for participating.
• Models will be photographed and posted on Backyard Kiwi website and facebook page.
